This is just my opinion of the top 5 players at every position in the up coming NFL draft. This isn't involving players who have said they won't enter, but does include draft eligible juniors and RS sophomores who have not mentioned their intent.

    Quarterback-
    1. Andrew Luck Stanford - Great prospect. Big arm, accurate arm, great size and smart player.
    2. Robert Griffin III Baylor - Awesome potential. Smart, accurate, athletic and has a great ability to take over an offense.
    3. Brandon Weeden Oklahoma State - If he wasn't 27 years old he would be a first round prospect for sure. Great size, arm and decision making.
    4. Ryan Tannehill Texas A&M - Athletic quarterback who makes very smart plays. I need ...

While the rest of the AFC North is jockeying for a spot in the playoffs, the Browns are once again positioning themselves for one of the top spots in the NFL draft.

If the season ended today, the Browns would have the seventh overall pick.

This is familiar territory for Cleveland. In 13 drafts since returning to the NFL as an expansion team, the Browns have had a top-10 pick nine times. It happened in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011.

    Here's the current draft order:
    1. Colts (0-12)
    2. Rams (2-10)
    3. Vikings (2-10)
    4. Jaguars (3-8 )
    5. Redskins (4-8 )
    6. Panthers (4-8 )
    7. Browns (4-8 )
    8. Eagles (4-8 )
    9. Dolphins (4-8 )
    10. Buccaneers (4-8 )

Plus, Atlanta's #1 pick which is somewhere in the 20's. ...

Disclaimer: Notwithstanding the fact that this editorial is directed towards the Penn State community, the victims of the shocking sex abuse scandal at Penn State University are the children and the children alone. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.
    Dear Penn State Fan/Alumni,
You don't know me. Sure, we may have seen each other once or twice at a road game or a tailgate, but aside from a passing glance, and an occasional hello, we are strangers. Heck, we're actually more like enemies. After all, I'm a fan of The Ohio State University -- tOSU, or O$U as you might call it. ...

Lots of changing going on this week in the rankings.

The Bengals are sitting in the Playoffs right now while the Ravens are looking in? The 49ers are showing they are a power house and threat to anyone playing them. Bills has Division Lead mid season after a 0-7 start last season!! The only sure thing in the NFL this year has been the Packers winning.

    #1) Green Bay Packers 7-0
Bye week lets them rest up and start the second half of the season. Their biggest question is when do they clinch home field?

#2) Pittsburgh Steelers 6-2 (#5) Beating New England is not an easy thing but they made it look easy. Said to be older and slower they played man to man on an offense that is hard to stop.

HIGH SCHOOL PLAYOFF SEASON IS UPON US!Tom Brooks is our special in-house correspondent for Ohio High School Football...enjoy Brooksie's very special review of some action last weekend...and join us weekly as we follow the high school playoff season!Matt and I have crisscrossed many miles across the landscape of Northeast Ohio watching the best of high school football. We seem to have run the entire gamut - close games, blow out games, monumental upsets, games in all phases of weather. We are writing many, many chapters to this novel about our Friday Night experiences. But last night just may have been the best chapter of all of them.

Our destination was Ravenna Stadium to witness the collision of the two PTC Metro powerhouses, Kent Roosevelt and the host Ravens. Both teams are 8-1. Ravenna has already secured a playoff spot, and Kent needs to win this game or their season is over. TB D.J. Jones of the Ravens is a monster ...

Cleveland, Ohio – Just a day removed from the finals, the Miami Heat have lost and Clevelanders are rejoicing. As I predicted in the offseason, the Heat did fail. The Heat lost the series to the Dallas Mavericks 4-2 and the Mavericks earned their first ever NBA title.

    James and Wade
LeBron James and Dwayne Wade are both ball dominant players. They both need the ball in their hands to be effective and they are both volume rhythm shooters. However, both of them are very good at finishing at the rim. This is why Dallas played a lot of zone. To beat the zone, you need shooters. That's something Miami doesn't have outside of James Johnson, Chris ...

Well, we took the plunge and upgraded to the newest version of the forum software and added a new CMS to the front page that will take the place of our 3 individual front pages.

Pretty soon this place will get back to normal. Of course, I do have some surprises for you.

You know me... I'll be working on this periodically until we get back to normal and everything is perfect.

If you see anything you want added, please let me know.

Just so you know, all the old plugin's or additions were deleted cuz of the incompatibility with this new set up.

The old skins/themes don't work either, so I have to re-skin the place also. I have some great ideas for that as well, but I can't do them right now cuz of the software on this system is not what ...
