Ken Zampese brings an impressive body of work with him as a QB coach - having had a good deal of success with Jon Kitna, then Carson Palmer, and then Andy Dalton.

Looks like a big upgrade over David Lee.

Let's hope Hue lets him do his job.

Of course, now the pregnant question is - was it Zampese's work with the QBs and Hue took the credit as the QB whisperer?
We'll get a pretty good clue soon.

I just woke up from a really twisted horrible dream.

Started out great, I was contently dreaming that Jimmy got smart and fired Hue. Then Dorsey decided to go for one of his bright and up and coming assistants from Kansas City - Matt Nagy.

Still content, Nagy was off and building his staff.............

Then he needed to address the special teams position............

I woke up in a cold sweat, gasping for air..............

Don't make this dream a reality Hue.

This just flat out pisses me off. Hue told Jimmy what he wanted to hear to keep his job - now he's backpedaling - effing snake.

I can see it now the OC will be Al Saunders and Hue will call it a win. He did hire a QB coach and an OC and he will still retain play calling and other aspects of the offense. I'm sure Hue himself leaked the reports that he was looking at hiring an OC.

And yes it is beginning to look like a rebuild with almost all the coaches on the offensive side of the ball being replaced except the one that should be replaced.

Browns fired run-game coordinator and RBs coach Kirby Wilson.

The longtime NFL RBs coach, Wilson takes the fall for the Browns' struggles, even though his running backs were the best parts of the Browns' offense, with Duke Johnson having a career year in 2017 and Isaiah Crowell having his best two rushing seasons under Wilson the past two years. Wilson should quickly resurface as an RBs coach while the Browns continue their OC search.

Oh, and where is the "continuity" we were supposed to get by keeping the HC in place? With all the changes in the offensive staff I don't see "continuity" at all. I do see a bunch of BS and more Haslam scamming the paying fans. Kind of like the Flying J thing where he promised those transport companies a rebate for buying his diesel fuel and then poof it didn't appear.

I'm not against letting these assistants go, but ffs Jimmah...don't piss on me & say it's raining. We're not trucking companies you can scam with reneged-on rebates.
